You have a fast internet connection and can wait for the archived data to download over the internet. This is free and included in your service. We will assist you if necessary to initiate the download of your data to your server(s). |
You have a large amount of data in the archive and cannot wait for it to download - you need it on site as soon as possible. For $499 we will – Download your data to a Storage Device and ship the device to you with express shipping. Once you have restored your data, you ship the Storage Device back to us. |
For $1250 per 8 hour day (Monday through Friday) $2000 per 8 hour day (Saturday and Sunday) plus travel, lodging and meals : We will send an experienced network / server support personnel to assist you on site to get you company back up and running and do whatever it takes. Hourly rate after 8 hours in a single day is $250 per hour. Available options include server rebuilding, application installation, connectivity support, procurement assistance of the new server and so on. Our technical support staff can assist you through your entire crisis and help get your company back on line as soon as possible. |
